Dankzij het harde werk van oa Mark is sIFR 2.0 nu officieel gereleased.
Ik zeg: lees dat stukkie ff door en ga er mee aan de slag :)

DashLite 1.0
Niet iedereen is even tevreden over het “dashboard” dat in Wordpress 1.5 het openingsscherm is van de admin-interface. Ik heb er zelf ook nogal wat problemen mee.
Gelukkig vond ik vandaag via Jort Dashlite 1.0. Het is een uitgeklede versie van het dashboard, zonder alle externe newsfeeds en laadt dus ook nog eens sneller.

Adobe Photoshop CS2
Dankzij een persbericht (in de Google cache) dat te vroeg online werd gezet weten we nu dat Photoshop CS2 volgende week maandag gelanceerd zal worden.
Een paar highlights:
Photoshop CS2 integrates a new set of intuitive tools, including an enhanced Spot Healing Brush, for handling common photographic problems such as blemishes, red-eye, noise, blurring and lens distortion. Smart Objects allow users to scale and transform images and vector illustrations without losing image quality — as well as create linked duplicates of embedded graphics — so that a single edit updates across multiple iterations.
Photoshop CS2 users will test the limits of creativity with new tools like Vanishing Point and Image Warping. Vanishing Point cuts tedious graphic and photo retouching tasks by allowing users to clone, paint and transform image objects while retaining visual perspective. Reinventing workflows such as product packaging development, Image Warping makes it easy to fold, stretch, pull, twist and wrap an image into shape by selecting an on-demand preset or dragging custom control points.

10 April 2005: Intarwebs Meeting
Zondag 10 april is er weer een meeting voor mensen die geinteresseerd zijn in web development, webdesign, bier, etc.
Deze meeting zal plaatsvinden in Utrecht en we ontmoeten elkaar om 1 uur op het CS in Utrecht, waarna we de stad in zullen gaan.
Als je zin hebt om langs te komen, pas dan even de Wiki aan op de site van Mark.
